An annual gutter clear, a yearly soft-wash re-treatment for your roof or render so the moss stays off, and a driveway refresh on the top plan, all scheduled for you and billed monthly by Direct Debit. Care Plan questions
- How is the plan billed?
- One fixed price a month by Direct Debit, set from your property and the plan you choose. It spreads the year's cleaning evenly so you avoid the big one-off bills, and you can see exactly what you pay before you start.
- Is there a long contract or tie-in?
- No. The plan rolls month to month. You can pause or cancel with a month's notice. We would rather keep you because the work is good than lock you in.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Move up or down a plan whenever you like, for example adding the roof and render re-treatment when you go from Gutter Care to Protect. We adjust your monthly price from the next billing date.
- What if I need an extra clean that isn't in my plan?
- Just ask. Plan customers get a preferential price on any extra work, like a one-off pressure wash or a conservatory clean, and priority in the diary for it.
- Do you cover my area?
- We run plans across South London. Tell us your postcode when you enquire and we will confirm you are on the round and set your start date.
