How we price window cleaning

A fixed price before we start, worked out from a few photos or a quick look, not an hourly rate. For most cleans we can give you the price straight from photos, with no surprises on the day.

What Affects the Cost?

  • Size of the property and the number of windows
  • How often you want us back (a more frequent round costs less per visit)
  • Awkward access, conservatories and roof lights
  • Whether you want frames and sills done as well as the glass

Window cleaning across South London, on a round you can count on

We run regular window-cleaning rounds across Clapham, Dulwich, Wandsworth, Bromley, Croydon and the boroughs between. The point of a round is that you stop thinking about it: we turn up on schedule, message you before we come, and the windows just stay clean. If you have moved into a period house with original sashes, or a flat with sealed units you cannot reach, that is exactly the glass the pole is made for.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should windows be cleaned?
For most South London homes, every four to eight weeks keeps the glass looking right all year. Houses on busier roads or under trees pick up grime faster, so a four-weekly round suits them, while a quieter street is fine at eight or twelve weeks. We suggest a frequency when we quote, and you can change it whenever you like.
Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
Yes, on request. Most regular rounds are exterior only, which is what keeps the price down, but we are happy to do insides as a one-off or on a longer cycle. Tell us when you book and we will price both.
What is pure-water pole cleaning?
It is a soft brush on a long pole fed with filtered, mineral-free water. The brush lifts the dirt and the pure water rinses it off, then the glass dries on its own with no spots. It means we clean upper-floor windows safely from the ground, with no ladders against your house, and we can reach over conservatories and extensions.
Do I need to be in, and how do I pay?
You do not need to be home for an exterior clean, as long as we can reach the back safely. We message you before each visit, and you pay by bank transfer or card afterwards. Insides need someone there to let us in.
